The Weld/Larimer Revolving Loan Fund, the City of Greeley, commercial banks in Greeley and the Hispanic Loan Program have joined together to provide the initial funding for this loan program.

Fruita Small Business Emergency Assistance Fund
The purpose of the Fruita Small Business Emergency Assistance Fund is to assist qualifying Fruita small businesses who are facing financial hardships due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The fund is a partnership between the City of Fruita and the Business Incubator Center. Loans from this fund will provide gap funding for small businesses located within the city limits of Fruita to cover up to two month’s cost of operations.

Pennsylvania Industrial Development Authority
Pennsylvania Industrial Development Authority Fund
Pennsylvanis has created a $61 million fund to provide working capital loans of up to $100,000 directly to small businesses and hopefully nonprofits (those that employ 100 or fewer persons). The interest rate is currently 3%, however the PIDA board has the authority to adjust the interest rates and so it is possible the board will act to lower rates to as low as 0%. The program will be administered by the Pennsylvania Industrial Development Authority (PIDA).

West Virginia is proud to offer grant assistance to small businesses looking to enter or expand in the global marketplace through the U.S. Small Business Administration’s State Trade Expansion Program (STEP). The West Virginia STEP consists of $300,000 in funding available from October 1, 2022 to September 29, 2024.
